For this simple DIY scrub, you can either use brown sugar or white sugar. Brown sugar is generally considered healthier, so it is more advisable to go with that. This scrub can also be used for the lips.
Get a clean bowl, add 1 tablespoon of coconut oil and 2 tablespoons of sugar. Rub sugar face scrub into clean facial or neck skin, using gentle circular motions, for 60 seconds. Rinse dry with warm water.
You can also make in large batches and store in the fridge.
