Body odors are sickly embarrassing. They are usually the reason you stay away from intimate relationships and feel less confident about meeting new people. Many of us often conclude that it is caused by excessive sweating. But what really causes body odor is the process when your sweat mixes with the bacteria that grow naturally on your skin.

  8. Lime juiceContrary to lemon juice, lime juice has high levels of acidity. Although more acidic, it rarely causes irritation and works better in getting rid of odors. To try this remedy, halve a lime, and rub it onto your underarm and other odor-prone areas. Do this daily before going to bed. Shower as usual the next morning and make sure to powder and deodorize yourself.
  9. Drink plenty of waterHydrated skin is generally problem-free. Hence, make sure to drink at least 8-10 tall glasses of water per day. Water flushes down toxins found in body and keeps your skin hydrated. When toxins are rid, odor can be rid too.
